"It was for sure an incredible journey to have had the course with Rishikul Yogshala, I've learnt for life! I'm confident to say it as I've been practicing at home ever since I concluded the course and honestly I've never felt so natural and inspired during my own practice.!! I can easily incorporate the teaching guidance, the flow, the pace, the minor details on explaining the asanas,

the relaxation and even pranayama. I was amazed to feel so comfortable in teaching myself and others after such a quick course but for sure a strong, traditional, grounded, reliable and unforgiven training. "It's hard to review a program that spans a month, but overall I would describe the Rishikul 200hr program in Nepal as challenging, life changing, and inspiring. The days were really long, but packed with so much new information that I was never bored. I really connected with each of the six instructors and cannot thank them enough for the impact they had and will continue to have in my life.

If you're looking for a truly eastern yoga experience, Rishikul is the school for you. I went into this program with no expectations and graduated a truly satisfied student. Besides the wonderful instruction, I met sixteen amazing fellow students with whom I shared many hard yet happy times with. I love my yoga family and I have a feeling we'll see each other quite often over the years. "During Oktober 2016 I stayed in Pokhara in Nepal and joined the 200 hours yoga teacher training of Rishikul Yogshala. For sure I couldn't have made a better choice and I had a totally awesome time. The program is very well organized, the hotel and all the staff is soo nice and fits very well into the concept of the school. The program itself gives you great view on many important aspects of yoga live style. The teachers are living that

lifestyle and share there knowledge with such a passion and joy that is very contagious. All the people here made me think and listen to my inside. "I absolved the 200h teacher training in Nepal, which was one of the best decisions ever. All the teachers are very motivated and put all their love and effort in showing and teaching us as much as possible in the traditional Indian yoga style. The classes were a lot of fun, everyone was so nice, open and caring and I really learned a lot during the last four months, not only about the asanas,

"I have just completed the 200hours yoga teacher training with these guys and absolutely loved every minute of it. The course was thought by people who were not only excellent teachers but also amazing human beings who share they knowledge and space with joy. The atmosphere created during these experience allows you to learn without feeling under pressure. There is an abounded amount off information given, so keep your eyes and ears opened 🙂.
